If, for any reason, You are not satisfied with a purchase/transaction, We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

If You are not satisfied with any purchase/transaction, You need to contact with Bangladesh Association of Psychiatrists (BAP) through the mentioned channels (please see at the bottom).

After any refund request, it might take up to 7 days to make actual refund

You will be contacted from Bangladesh Association of Psychiatrists (BAP) if any refund request is accepted or rejected
