Gopal Shankar Dey

Gopal Shankar Dey was a doctor who cared deeply about his patients. He always approached his clinical work with kindness, enthusiasm and positivity and went the extra mile for both patients and colleagues. He loved his family and his friends. He is a great loss to everyone who knew him, psychiatry and the BAP.

Gopal Shankar,was a student of 12th batch of MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital (SOMCH) and served as the head of the Psychiatry Department at SOMCH. He was admitted in Mount Edora Hospital with coronavirus symptomsand breathed his last on June 27th, 2020. We pray to God to give enough strength to his family members to bear this profound grief and may the departed soul rest in peace.
